We offer our courses in nine and seventeen-week formats. Our fall and spring semesters each contain two nine-week and one seventeen-week session. The summer session is nine weeks long.

You must be a graduate of an accredited high school or have completed a high school diploma equivalency (General Education Development, GED).
High school sophmores, juniors and seniors may also apply for special admissions.

The ICCOC offers courses during a 16-week term (similar to a normal semester) during the fall and spring. During the fall, spring and summer, two 8-week accelerated terms are offered.



Courses offered during an 8-week term are accelerated and instructors will cover 16 weeks of course material.

Online classes are offered on a regular semester basis (16-weeks fall/spring and 10-weeks summer) or 8-week terms, which begin six times each year.

Students enrolling for independent study correspondence courses have one year for course completion.

Students are eligible for admission to the Vincennes University Distance Education Program on the basis of graduation with a diploma from accredited high schools, successful completion of the General Education Development Test (GED), OR transfer credits from accredited college. Students graduating from schools not yet accredited, or completing home schooling programs are also eligible for admission.

Distance Learning Off-line is a mode of delivery that does not require Internet access. You do not have to come to campus. Instead, you will follow the directions given in the course syllabus, complete and submit your assignment and take your exams by the deadlines given in the class calendar, and contact the instructor if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. You can usually submit your assignments through email, postal mail, or in person.

Whether you are interested in pursuing business administration, industrial and labor relations, economics, or another area of business, your own personal goals can determine your path. Create a program that will help you understand the process and infrastructure of complex organizations, or develop your analytical and communication skills. It does not matter if you are looking to enter the field, increase your current viability, or prepare for graduate school — you can design a program to meet your needs.
