Tuition is calculated on the Comprehensive Tuition Plan which allows students to pay one convenient tuition each year that covers up to 36 credits of Thomas Edison State College courses.Learning formats include; Online courses, e-pack courses, credit-by-exam and guided study courses. Thomas Edison State College does not require you to attend Online class at a specific place and time. There are no set times to log on for any lectures or online events. Online courses are structured on a 12-week schedule with new courses begining monthly. Credit-by-exam is completed at the students own pace.

Prerequisites
At least 21 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent. The Associate in Science in Applied Science and Technology (ASAST) degree program in Aviation Flight Technology is designed for FAA licensed commercial pilots with instrument rating, as credit is derived from the FAA certification. Equivalent military training may be considered. Cost Estimates will depend upon the amount of credit awarded for applicants Military Training, Professional Training and Licenses.
